I’ll be offering containers of Phở Bò that you can place in your freezer to heat-up and enjoy any time.  (FYI: Hai & I will be out of town& not offering meals between September 14 and November 6.)

The secret to creating truly delicious Phở Bò is “in the bones.” Not mine, of course, but those beef bones that I’ll simmer for many hours to extract the rich and sweet flavor of the beef. After those many hours have passed, I’ll add my special blend of uniquely-flavored Vietnamese herbs and spices to create the definitive “nước lèo” (soup stock) for the Phở Bò.

My Phở Bò will be filled with slices of two kinds of flavorful beef – tái & nạm (top round & shank). This yummy soup will be topped with cilantro and chopped green onion. In a separate container, you’ll find my classic phở rice noodles. I’ll add two kinds of sauces for dipping the serving of beef, as you eat.

Many of our neighbors have already bought and frozen my soups to enjoy at a later time.  They tell me the soup and the noodle containers freeze well and are just as delicious when they are re-heated later.  With this option, I will not include a container of Vietnamese herbs since these won’t freeze well.
