JUST-THE-STOCK

I’ll be offering containers of just the stock that I make for my Phở Bò (24oz – 3 cups) that you can place in your freezer now to heat-up and enjoy later.

The secret to creating truly delicious beef stock is “in the bones.” Not mine, of course, but those beef bones that I’ll simmer for many hours to extract the rich and sweet flavor of the beef. After those many hours have passed, I’ll add my special blend of uniquely-flavored Vietnamese herbs and spices to create this rich and deeply flavorful beef broth for you to use anytime as a base for your own delicious dinner creations!
